What to expect
Gardiner’s Bay tends to have quiet mornings with westerly breeze building between noon and 2pm. Then, about an hour before sunset, this breeze usually drops off, leaving us with light conditions by dusk.
The afternoon hours are typically the best time to really see what Truant can do. If the breeze is right, these days can turn into thrilling, sea spray-filled adventures. Of course, if that’s not your cup of tea, we can always dial the boat back for a calmer sail. It’s all up to you.
The Sunset Cruise in the early evening provides you and your party with an unrivaled front row seat as the sinking sun sets the sky ablaze with colors that dance on the shimmering water. It’s the perfect way end the day and one of our most popular trips.
